Federal Circuit (CAFC) issued an opinion in PrimeSource Building Products Inc. v. United States et al, Case No 2021-2066

The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement requires each Party to prohibit the importation of goods into its territory from other sources produced in whole or in part by forced or compulsory labor, including forced or compulsory child labor. 

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service National Organic Program (NOP) has published the Strengthening Organic Enforcement rule that is scheduled to go into effect in March 2023.
