Our Commitment: Net-Zero Carbon Emissions by 2040

• Our Environmental and Sustainability Committee meets regularly to review progress toward targets, providing accountability and commitment of resources
• We will establish a global Scope 1 and 2 emissions baseline (2023) by the end of 2024
• We have established a near-term target of achieving a 50% reduction of our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030
• Embracing the circular economy, we will achieve a 50% reduction in waste by 2035
• We provide our clients Global Logistics Emissions Council (GLEC) certified CO2e emissions for the shipments managed through our global TMS (Scope 3)
• Leveraging data and analytics, we will collaborate with our clients to reduce emissions and intensity of targeted transportation lanes in their supply chain

The Climate Pledge

The Climate Pledge is a commitment to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. It brings the world’s top companies together to accelerate joint action, cross-sector collaboration, and responsible change.

Crane Worldwide Logistics is proud to have signed The Climate Pledge as we commit to net-zero carbon emissions across our operations by 2040. Through this journey, we are committed to regular reporting, implementation of decarbonization strategies, and credible offsetting.

Signatories to The Climate Pledge agree to:

• Measure and report greenhouse gas emissions on a regular basis.
• Implement decarbonization strategies in line with the Paris Agreement through real business changes and innovations, including efficiency improvements, renewable energy, materials reductions, and other carbon emission elimination strategies.
• Neutralize any remaining emissions with additional, quantifiable, real, permanent, and socially-beneficial offsets to achieve net-zero annual carbon emissions by 2040 — a decade ahead of the Paris Agreement’s goal of 2050.
