USTR Releases Uniform Regulations for USMCA

USMCA adopt Uniform Regulations

The US, Mexico, and Canada have adopted the following Uniform Regulations regarding the interpretation, application, and administration of Chapters 5 (Origin Procedures), 6 (Textiles and Apparel Goods), and 7 (Customs Administration and Trade Facilitation) of the US Mexico Canada (USMCA) free trade agreement.

In addition to the above, the USTR has also published Uniform regulations pertaining to the administration of Chapter 4 (Rules of Origin) and related provisions in Chapter 6 (Textiles and Apparel Goods).
