Changes to China's export controls for Non-Medical Masks and Medical Devices

The Ministry of Commerce for the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM), with the General Administration of Customs P.R. China(GACC) and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) announced a new policy for non-medical masks and medical supplies exported out of China on April 25th.

Effective April 26, manufacturers of non-medical masks will need to comply with China’s and the destination country’s quality standards.
