Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2101 created on January 12, 2021

Harmonized system update 2101 was created on January 12, 2021.  It contains 389 ABI records and 72 harmonized tariff records.

Modifications were made to support the USTR extension of certain Section 301 China product exclusions and the granting of new exclusions to support COVID-19 medical supply needs.

In addition, changes were made to support the USTR imposition of additional duties on certain products of France and Germany.  The revised list took effect January 12, 2021. Please refer to the link here which is the Federal Register notice.
