USTR has determined that action in the form of additional duties of 25% on certain products of France is warranted. The USTR has further determined to suspend application of these additional duties for a period of 180 days (January 6, 2021) to allow additional time for bilateral and multilateral discussions that could lead to a satisfactory resolution of this matter.
