Continuing Education For Licensed Customs Brokers

US Customs and Border Protection is considering requiring continuing education for licensed customs brokers.  CBP is seeking comments from the industry regarding the potential framework of CE requirements and its potential impact on customs brokers.

Comments must be received by December 28, 2020.
