Published annually since 1985, the National Trade Estimate Report (NTE) report is a comprehensive review of foreign trade barriers affecting US exports of goods and services.

USTR Katherine Tai releases the 2021 National Trade Estimate Report, providing a detailed recap of significant foreign barriers to US exports of goods and services, investment, and electronic commerce.

According to Ambassador Tai, “The 2021 NTE report identifies a range of important challenges and priorities to guide the Biden Administration’s effort to craft trade policy that reflects America’s values and builds back better.”
