Crane Worldwide Logistics sponsors grassroots football clubs 

Local grassroots football clubs are benefitting from sponsorship from Crane Worldwide Logistics outreach programme, Crane Cares, which supports local communities. 

In London, Crane Worldwide Logistics UK has recently sponsored AFC Leyton in the East End. Established in 2015, AFC Leyton is a fully independent female only football club, a FA Accredited Club operating in East London. AFC Leyton was created with the belief that participation in football is transformative for girls and young women. Every penny the club receives is reinvested into the girls training, matches and other experiences. AFC Leyton is one of the country’s largest clubs with hundreds of female members.

For the next season, Crane Worldwide Logistics has agreed to sponsor the U13 Wyverns team who recently reached 2nd place in the latest league final.

In Aberdeen, Scotland, Crane Worldwide sponsors Hermes Bridge of Don Youth FC formed in 2020, and since then has seen rapid growth with just under 300 players proudly wearing the black and blue stripes.

The teams span several age groups from Development teams who are around 18 years old to the youngest players who were born in 2019, with the 2020 age group due to start soon.

In Cork, Ireland, Crane Worldwide sponsors Avondale United FC's U16 girls team. 

Avondale United FC has a playing membership of approximately 300 people and we play our games in the Cork Schoolboys League, The Cork City & County Youths League and The Munster Senior League. The club is also affiliated to The Munster Football Association, The Schoolboys Football Association of Ireland and The Football Association of Ireland

Adding to our increasing portfolio of sponsored clubs, it is with great pleasure to add that Crane Worldwide Logistics Aberdeen will be sponsoring Longside FC. Situated in the village of Longside is Davidson Park which is home to Longside Football Club. The ground consists of a floodlit match pitch and training pitch. Crane Worldwide Logistics will become official sponsors of the club in 2024.
