Crane Cares - COVID-19 support during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Around the world, our employees take part in local events to support charities that provide services to those in need. Crane Cares is driven by our employees at a local level; Donations, participation and active involvement in community projects and charities enable our employees to make a difference in the areas in which they live. During the COVID-19 outbreak, our team partnered with the Astros Foundation to deliver medical supplies and provide financial support.

Astros Foundation partners with Crane Worldwide & the Texas Medical Center to help save lives.

The Astros Foundation, in partnership with Crane Worldwide, will be providing funding, logistics and transportation support for much-needed medical equipment to serve those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in Houston.

The team has been working to ensure fast and safe delivery of critical medical supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from across the globe to the Houston hospitals within the Texas Medical Center. Additionally, the Astros Foundation will donate $400,000 to support the hospitals within the Texas Medical Center.

Millions of Medical Supplies delivered by Astros Foundation/Crane Worldwide Initiative.

The partnership between the  Astros Foundation and Crane Worldwide Logistics, which was announced on April 1, has resulted in millions of medical supplies being delivered to Houston hospitals within the  Texas  Medical  Center.  

The goal of the partnership is to provide funding, logistics and transportation support for much-needed medical supplies and  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) being used by healthcare professionals to treat COVID-19 patients.

Astros Foundation, Crane Worldwide Partner to Transport Medical Supplies to Puerto Rico.

The Astros Foundation has once again partnered with Crane Worldwide Logistics - this time to transport important disaster relief and medical supplies to Puerto Rico to assist with the COVID-19 crisis.

Astros Owner and Chairman Jim Crane is working with Astros players Carlos Correa and Martin Maldonado plus other MLB  players from Puerto Rico in this endeavor. The Astros Foundation and Crane Worldwide will cover 100% of the freight and transportation costs as well as coordinating the logistics to get much-needed medical supplies to Puerto Rico.
