South Africa: Update details in RLA system (Registation, Licensing and Accreditation) 

On March 31, 2023, it will be a mandatory requirement for all entities that have customs and licensing related activities in South Africa to update their company or individual details with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) which is to be undertaken in the Registration, Licensing and Accreditation (RLA) system. 

Whether you are a South African established entity or a foreign entity with South African customs activities in scope, it is vitally important that you act now.

The deadline to update your details in the RLA system will be March 31, 2023, failure to comply may result in your existing registration or licence being revoked or suspended.
