Michelle Ford

Michelle oversees Crane Worldwide Logistics’ global finance, legal, risk management, and human resources functions.

A veteran of the industry, Michelle joined Crane Worldwide in 2017 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance. During her tenure, Michelle has been instrumental in strengthening financial operations and driving strategic growth across the organization, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence and financial leadership. 

Prior to joining the company, Michelle spent 15 years at CEVA Logistics (formerly EGL, Inc.), where she held senior finance leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance for North America Freight Management and Vice President and Controller for the Americas region. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Senior Audit Manager, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance across industries such as logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and financial services. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing over three decades of financial expertise to her leadership role in guiding Crane Worldwide’s growth and success.
