Per the Federal Register in March 2020 ( 85 FR 17849-17850), phase six of the Lacey Act was to be enforced October 1, 2020. Comments were solicited until July 1, 2020. As a result of some of the concerns raised by the industry, the enforcement was delayed. Per the below link, the enforcement will now begin October 1, 2021.
