FDA is adding the following optional Affirmations of Compliance (AoC) to Program Code FOO (Food)/Processing Code FEE (Animal Feed):

In addition, the syntax for VFL will be changed to 7X for Program Code VME (Animal Drug or Device).

*Note: The syntax for the Drug (Firm) Registration Number (REG) has been corrected. The REG for medicated feed is 9N.

These changes were deployed in CERT on August 5, 2021. These changes are expected to be deployed in Production on September 18, 2021. An updated FDA Supplemental Guide will be posted at this time.
