This ruling clarifies whether importations of unsold merchandise manufactured by a non-resident importer in one day and sent to a US fulfillment facility or warehouse qualify for informal duty-free entry under Section 321. The administrative ruling went into effect on July 28, 2020 and was published in Customs Rulings Online Search System (CROSS).
