July 1, 2022, 12:01 local time will be the opening date for the Quota Period of July 1-September 30, 2022. All entries submitted before 8:30 am ET and on July 1, 2022, will be counted in the first opening at 8:30ET. Entries submitted before July 1, 2022, local port time will not be counted towards the opening. If the totals exceed the limit, all accepted entries within the first opening will be prorated.
