The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V84 has been updated to include the new Importer’s Additional Declaration Type Code 07 (Aluminum Smelt and Cast Country Detail) required for articles of aluminum subject to the Section 232 aluminum and aluminum derivatives remedies. Type must be submitted if the article is regular aluminum, regular aluminum on the Generally Accepted Exclusion (GAE) list, or derivative aluminum regardless of whether the Section 232 duty treatment, quota treatment, or exception treatment applies.
Deployment to the Certification environment is March 14, 2023. Deployment to the Production environment is April 10, 2023.
