The agency is still in the process of revising its regulations to reflect the use of ACE to submit import entry data. Implementation will occur 60 days after a final rule is published in the Federal Register.

The agency is still in the process of revising its regulations to reflect the use of ACE to submit import entry data. Implementation will occur 60 days after a final rule is published in the Federal Register.

Customs brokers are now able to file FWS data in ACE and the agency encourages brokers to do so. The FWS Message Set is much improved over earlier versions.
