An enhancement is planned which will support FDA accepting Port of Entry changes via ACE. The deployment schedule is:
- Changes available for testing in the ACE Certification Environment by COB March 03, 2023.
- Planned deployment to ACE Production Environment will be no earlier than April 15, 2023.
FDA has created a new document, “Information for FDA Entry Filings” (found here, in the PGA Integration tab, under PGA Filing Support), which provides ACE information for filers and importers. This document currently only includes information about Port of Entry changes, but additional information on other topics will be added soon.
