  • Ocean – There is currently congestion at the port and a slow down in operations.
  • Air – Deliveries are allowed except cargo acceptance meant for export.
  • Land – Road closures in parts of the city. If no further rainfall, roads are expected to be open as usual tomorrow.

Please find below important information regarding our response to the weather situation:

  • Issue Statement: The National Emergency and Crisis Authority announced remote learning and work from home.
  • Following Authority Guidelines: We will adhere to the guidelines provided by the relevant authorities. Our priority is the safety and well-being of our team members and clients.
  • Work Continuity: Rest assured, our operations will continue seamlessly. For any work that can be conducted remotely, our team members will work from home to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Monitoring of Transportation: We are actively monitoring the status of roads, air, and seaport to assess any potential disruptions to our logistics operations.
  • Current Contingencies and Closures: At present, we are experiencing congestion at Jebel Ali port, resulting in vessel berthing delays and container operations. However, there are no delays for both export and import operations in air freight. In the event of heavy rainfall, deliveries will be halted, and the flight bookings re-scheduled accordingly.
  • Ongoing Updates: We are closely monitoring the evolving weather situation.
