U. S. Customs and Border Protection has issued Federal Register Notice 86 FR 66573 establishing that the annual user fee that is assessed for each permit held by a broker, whether it be an individual, partnership, association or corporation, is due by January 31, 2022. The assessment for calendar year 2022 is $153.19.
