Background
Michelle joined Crane Worldwide Logistics in 2017 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance before being appointed Chief Financial Officer. Her career spans leadership positions across global logistics organizations and professional services firms, providing her with deep industry knowledge and broad financial expertise.
Prior to joining Crane Worldwide, Michelle spent 15 years with CEVA Logistics, formerly EGL, Inc., where she held several senior finance leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance for North America Freight Management and Vice President and Controller for the Americas region. In these positions, she led complex financial operations and supported large-scale business growth initiatives across multiple markets. Michelle began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she served as a Senior Audit Manager. During her time at PwC, she advised companies across a range of industries, including logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and financial services, building a strong foundation in financial reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her experience, financial acumen, and commitment to operational excellence continue to help guide Crane Worldwide Logistics through its next phase of growth and innovation.
