Jared Crane brings passion, a clear vision, and strategic leadership to drive business opportunities.

Jared Crane holds the position of President at Crane Worldwide Logistics while serving as a board member and overseeing the day-to-day business operations. Previously, Jared first served as a commission sales rep and later as America’s East, Regional Vice President at Crane Worldwide.

Jared has served as an Executive Advisor to the Business Operations team of the Houston Astros since November 2019. In this role, he assists in a wide variety of functions related to the operations of the Astros business.

Jared Crane is also the President of the Astros Foundation, the official 501(c)(3) team charity of the Houston Astros. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of Davaco Inc, Aperture Cellars, and the Emancipation Park Conservancy, the non-profit 501 c3 charitable corporation established to restore, manage and enhance the historical park located in Houston’s Third Ward.

In 2013, Jared founded Incite Energy and served as President and CEO from 2013 - 2018. Headquartered in Houston, Incite Energy is an energy brokerage and software service company serving commercial and industrial users of electricity and natural gas throughout the United States. In September 2018, Jared successfully sold assets of Incite Energy to shift his full-time focus to Crane Worldwide Logistics.

Jared earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University but considered himself a native Texan and Coloradan after growing up in both Houston and Boulder. Jared currently resides in Houston with his wife, Adrienne, and in his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.
