Jim Crane, Owner, Crane Worldwide

Crane (Chairman)

Jim is the Chairman of Crane
Worldwide. Jim is the former Chairman, CEO, and majority shareholder of Eagle
Global Logistics (EGL). Jim directs the company’s growth, and is actively
involved in the development of marketing strategies, incentive compensation and
financial objectives. He devotes considerable time traveling around the world
to meet directly with new and existing clients and to identify potential
acquisitions in support of the Company’s business development goals.
Jim was educated at the University
of Central Missouri where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in
industrial safety.

On a personal level, Jim received
recognition as the 1996 Entrepreneur of the Year in Houston and was runner-up
in the national award competition. Recently, he was named Outstanding Industry
Professional by the International Transportation Management Association at the
organization’s inaugural conference. He is President of The Crane Foundation,
which contributes to local and national charities. Jim serves on the Board of
Directors of Western Gas Holdings LLC, Ft. Dearborn Life Insurance Company, and
is a former member of the Board of Directors of HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc.
Jim is also an active participant in the theater and arts community and is aJohn Magee, President, Crane Worldwide
member of the World Presidents’ Organization. Jim was ranked #1 CEO Golfer in
2006 by Golf Digest.

John Magee (President)

John is the President of Crane
Worldwide. John has 17 years of transportation experience, beginning his
business career in 1994 with Eagle Global Logistics (EGL) and was part of their
growth into one of the largest freight forwarding companies in the United
States. He held various capacities at EGL including VP of South Pacific Region,
VP of the UK, Ireland, and Benelux, and VP of both the South Central US and
Latin America regions.
John is a member of several logistics industry professional
associations, including The Global Sourcing Council and Supply Chain ASIA. He
received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University
of North Texas.

Keith Winters (Executive Vice
President/Chief Operating Officer)
Keith Winters, COO, Crane Worldwide, VP
Keith Winters is the Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer of Crane Worldwide Logistics. Keith
formerly served as an Officer at Eagle Global Logistics (EGL) overseeing
European, Middle Eastern, and African operations. With over 25 years of
experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry Keith has handled
rail, air, land, and ocean shipments around the globe. He is a graduate of Kent
State University and holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, as
well as a certificate in Risk and Insurance from Florida State University.
Keith oversees all corporate, field, finance, risk management, real estate,
legal, and compliance operations for Crane Worldwide. After spending a portion
of his life living
Internationally, Keith now lives in
Houston, TX with his wife and son.

Tim Zubradt, EVP, Marketing and Public Relations
Tim Zubradt (Vice President Sales
and Marketing)

As the Vice President of Sales and
Marketing for Crane Worldwide Logistics, Tim Zubradt is known for his ability
to connect customers and people around the globe. A graduate of Colorado State
University, Tim started his 26 year career in logistics working on the docks
for NationsWay Transportation Services, rising to the position of Regional
Manager for the South Central Area. In July, 1999 Tim joined Eagle Global
Logistics (EGL) as a Manager in Training. While with Eagle, Tim was based in
Dallas, TX; Frankfurt, Germany; and Chicago, IL. He left EGL as the Senior Vice
President overseeing the Midwest Region. At Crane Worldwide Logistics, Tim
Zubradt oversees the hiring, training, retaining, and management of a global
sales organization with operations in 23 countries. Tim lives in Chicago, IL
with his wife and two children.

Chris Sherman, VP Operations, Crane Worldwide
Chris Sherman (Vice President-
Operations)

As Vice President of Operations for
Crane Worldwide Logistics, Chris Sherman’s main goal is to ensure those around
him have the tools they need to effectively serve our customers. With over 20
years of experience in the transportation industry, Chris brings his unique
talents to bear first acquired working his way up from the loading dock at
Roadway Express and progressing to the Regional Vice President for the
Northeastern United States at Eagle Global Logistics (EGL). A native of
Coldwater, Kansas, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Fort Hays
State University. At Crane Worldwide Logistics, Chris oversees agents, vendors,
quality assurance, systems, carrier negotiations, claims, safety, security, and
procurement to ensure the highest
level of quality and efficiency for his customers.
Chris lives in Southlake, TX with
his wife and two children.

Chris Brack, RVP,Latin America, Crane Worldwide
Chris Brack (Regional Vice President of Latin America)

Chris is the Vice President of
Account Mangament and the Regional Director of Latin American for Crane
Worldwide. His responsibilities include managing customer accounts and driving
sales throughout Central and South America. Chris has extensive experience in the
logistics industry, most recently as the Vice President of Key Global Accounts
at Exel Logistics. Chris has a BA from Sam Houston State University.

Chad Taylor (Regional Vice President
– Asia Pacific)RVP, Asia Pacific, Crane Worldwide, Chad Taylor

Chad is Vice President of the Asia
Pacific region for Crane Worldwide. Chad has 21 years of experience in the
transportation industry including 10 years with an US Domestic LTL truck line,
5 years with a US based freight forwarder, and 6 years with an Asia based
freight forwarder.
Chad received his Bachelor of
Science in Marketing from the University of Wyoming.

Gerard Ryan (Regional Vice President
– Europe, Middle East and Africa)Gerard Ryan, RVP, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Crane Worldwide

Gerard is the Vice President of
Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Crane Worldwide. Previously,
Gerard was the Managing Director of
the UK and Ireland for CEVA Logistics. Gerard also gained experience working for
Expeditors and TNT Express.

Christina Ptasinski (Vice President
– Global Human Resources)

Christina is the Vice President of Human Resources for Crane
Worldwide. Christina has more than 20 years of progressive global
human resources leadership and  experience.
Prior to joining Crane Worldwide,  Christina was the Vice President
of Global Human Resources for CEVA Logistics  and Vice PresidentChristina Ptasinski, VP, Global Human Resources, Crane Worldwide
of Human Resources for EGL Global  Logistics and Vallen Corporation.
Christina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social  Work and Psychology from
Carthage College and  a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from LaRoche College, and holds SPHR and
GPHR certifications.
Christina currently resides in  Houston, TX and is a member of HR Houston and the Society for Human
Resource  Management and is actively involved in supporting and evolving the global human
resources profession.
Tracey Abram (Vice President, Chief
Compliance Officer)
Tracey is the Vice President and Chief Compliance Office for
Crane Worldwide. Tracey has more than 27 years in the transportation industryTracey Abram, VP, Chief Compliance Officer, Crane Worldwide
with a
concentration on Global Trade Compliance.
Previously, Tracey was the Vice
President Global Trade Compliance for CEVA Logistics and in her role she was responsible
for Global Export and Import Compliance. As a strategic operational executive
with extensive trade compliance management experience, Tracey is a recognized
speaker at collegiate and industry venues.
Tracey currently resides in Houston,
TX and is a member of the Import Export Institute as a Certified Compliance
Officer, Empowered Official and is a certified import specialist. She has a
degree from the University of Houston.
