We have everything you need to get paid ASAP. You can log in anytime and see the real-time status of your invoice. You’ll be able to track its progress and see the anticipated date of payment. You have easy access to communicate directly with Crane representatives. There is no need to search for other contact information–it’s all right there in one spot.

The Vendor Portal is a green tool–completely paperless. All information is entered and generated online; no faxing, scanning or mail required. When checks are issued, all accounting information is recorded and saved, as well.

We have a dedicated Vendor Portal administrator, and we gladly provide help with training or questions. We have live help, video and web-ex help, as well as FAQ information. The Vendor Portal removed doubt and uncertainty–and replaces it with the confidence that comes from transparent communications.

The Vendor Portal is currently available in the United States only, but will be implemented globally in coming months.
